We are seeking a full-timeAssistant Clinic Directorto support operations of our Article 31clinic. The Assistant Director would work on site at our W. 91st location as well as remotely. They work closely with and are supervised by the Senior Vice President for Clinical Services. The position is both administrative (60%) and clinical (40%); the AD provides supervision to a roster of LMSW/LCSW clinicians, is responsible for various tracking reports through the electronic health record, and carries a proportionate caseload of psychotherapy clients.

The successful candidate will be clinically driven, highly organized and communicate effectively across diverse learning styles. The candidate should have knowledge of evidenced-based practices, including trauma-centered modalities, group therapy and experience providing effective treatment for older adults. They will evidence a strong commitment to anti-oppressive practice, and have general knowledge of NYS OMH and NYC DoHMH regulations.

Requirements for this position include current NYS LCSW licensure, two+ years of supervisory experience, and high proficiency with Electronic Health Records.
