The ACLU of Montana seeks to hire a full-time Paralegal to provide essential legal and administrative support to our legal team. Supervised by the Legal Director, the Paralegal is a key member of the Legal Department and contributes directly to the advancement of ACLU-MT’s work by providing critical administrative, litigation, and case-management support across active cases. The finalist must be able to multitask effectively, demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, maintain attention to detail, and communicate clearly.

• Compensation & Benefits:This position is full-time, exempt, will pay an annual salary between $77,000-$87,000 and comes with excellent benefits.
• Location: This position will be based in Montana. The Paralegal must live in, or be willing to move to, Montana.
