About the Kabbalah Centre
The Kabbalah Centre is a global spiritual organization dedicated to teaching the wisdom and practical application of Kabbalah. Through education, community programs, and conscious living tools, we support people of all ages in creating meaningful change. Roots is our developmental pathway from early childhood through young adulthood, including Parenting with Consciousness and the Bar and Bat Mitzvah journey. It provides a foundation for responsibility, connection, belonging, and purpose.
Role Overview
You will lead the global Roots ecosystem from early childhood through young adulthood. Youll design the structure, rhythm, and operational systems that allow Roots to thrive across regions, cultures, and formats. Working with teachers, partner with curriculum experts, and ensure every experience reflects excellence, emotional safety, and spiritual alignment. Spiritual content is guided by our teaching leadership and subject matter experts. Your role is to translate that content into compelling, developmentally appropriate programming and ensure its delivered consistently worldwide. Youll collaborate closely with a dedicated Roots Coordinator who supports continuity, documentation, and alignment, allowing you to focus on strategy, leadership, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Strategy

- Lead the global Roots journey across all age groups and regions.
- Design program structure, sequencing, and operational rhythm.
- Build cohesive experiences across in-person, regional, and digital formats while strengthening long-term community belonging.
Curriculum Translation and Experience Design

- Partner with teachers and curriculum writers to bring spiritual content to life through engaging, developmentally appropriate programming.
- Ensure continuity across age groups and delivery methods.
- Work closely with the Roots Coordinator on documentation, alignment, and program flow.
Teacher Leadership and Training

- Lead Roots teachers globally. Set clear standards and quality markers.
- Build training systems that support excellence and growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, care, and inspiration.
Driving Special Programs

- Lead the structure and integration of the Parenting with Consciousness program within the broader Roots journey.
- Oversee Bar and Bat Mitzvah program standards and delivery while teachers maintain student mentorship and spiritual guidance.
- Lead Roots trips to Israel as meaningful developmental milestones.
Operations and Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Manage calendars, pipelines, and program cycles. Coordinate across centres and regions.
- Partner with marketing, creative, legal, donor care, and digital teams.
- Oversee roots.kabbalah.com and ensure consistent archiving of curriculum, footage, materials, and data.
Family and Community Engagement

- Support families and help create emotionally safe environments.
- Strengthen community connection and long-term engagement.
Who You Are
You balance big-picture vision with strong execution. You bring a genuine passion for youth education, family, and human development. You have experience leading multi-site or global programs and managing educators or facilitators. You are comfortable owning complex systems and building structure where needed. You lead people well, communicate clearly, and bring emotional intelligence to your work. You have strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and a steady presence. You thrive in values-driven environments and know how to turn vision into reality. Experience with spiritual or identity-based education is a strong plus. This is not a spiritual teaching role. Whether you bring extensive global leadership experience or exceptional vision and momentum, what matters most is your ability to lead, build, and deliver at a high level.
