Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field. A first level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.

- A minimum of two (2) years (4 with a first level degree) of relevant experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related areas is required. Experience in modern web applications is desirable. One (1) year or more of experience in client-facing roles, with stakeholders from both public and private sectors is desirable. Experience with Java Script programming language and patterns including modern backend and frontend frame works like Angular, Node JS, Nest JS is desirable. Experience with No SQL document databases is desirable. One (1) year or more of experience designing, developing and implementing web applications supporting or enabling environmental and/or social sustainability, preferably in multi-stakeholder settings is desirable. Experience with rapid prototyping and UI/UX design using modern, AI-backed tools like Figma, and their translation to modern web applications is desirable. Previous experience in the UN common system is desirable.

Advanced knowledge of web application design, development and maintenance in Java Script-based frame works, covering full-stack (database, backend, frontend) application development, deployment and operations, including monitoring and performance management.
