Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration or a logistics related field. First level university degree with a combination of relevant academic qualifications and experience in property management, supply chain management or logistic support services may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in managing logistic support operations and property management services in military or police organisations is required. Relevant COE field experience in international military or UN peacekeeping operations is required. Demonstrated relevant experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising COE/MOU Arrival Inspections, Operational Readiness Inspections, Repatriation Inspections, and other periodic inspections of formed military and police units is required. Demonstrated experience serving as a member of, and/or Secretary to, the Missions COE/MOU Management Review Board (CMMRB), including preparation of case files, technical assessments, meeting documentation, recording of deliberations, and follow-up on Board decisions to ensure proper implementation and compliance with established COE/MOU policies and procedures is required. Experience in policy development at the strategic level is desirable.
