Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in economics, law, business administration, or related area is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. Either French or Arabic or Chinese (Mandarin) or Russian or Spanish is desirable. - A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in economics, law, business administration or related field is required. Seven (7) years of experience in Digital Economy is required. Experience leading programmes and technical cooperation projects in the area of e Trade is required. Experience with fund-raising and reporting on programmatic activities is desirable. Experience in managing multiple teams is desirable.
