The Role
Were seeking a Spanish Speaking Program Coordinator to support the needs of the immigrant and refugee community we serve through one on one appointments helping them navigate public benefits, translation assistance, job placement and other various needs that will help them with navigating the system. This position will also entail building maintenance management such as getting permits for construction projects or even just calling the electrician!
Duties include:
- Outreach, education, and client intake/data entry (Salesforce).
- Coordinating program projects to meet deliverables.
- Attending partner/community meetings and advocacy events.
- Providing administrative and hands-on support across programs.
- Basic building maintenance management
Qualifications
- Speaks Spanish
- 13+ years nonprofit or related experience
- Strong communication and ability to work independently.
- Comfort working with underserved communities (seniors, refugees, immigrants).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Drive; Salesforce a plus.
