Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior leader todesign,convene, andstewarda major global platform that aligns governments, NGOs, multilaterals, philanthropy, and system actors around shared priorities and coordinated action.

This is ahigh-trust,high-responsibilityleadership position for someone with deep experience bringing complex stakeholder ecosystems into alignment and translating dialogue into concrete commitments, governance structures, and implementation pathways.

You will help architect the platform, build legitimacy with senior stakeholders, and ensure the initiative moves beyond convening into measurable action.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and Steward a Global Platform

• Co-design the vision, structure, and governance of a multi-stakeholder global platform
• Develop clear value propositions for governments, multilaterals, NGOs, and philanthropic actors
• Define operating principles, participation models, and decision-making frameworks
• Ensure the platform drives alignment, not duplication

1. Convene and Align Senior Stakeholders

• Engage ministers, senior government officials, UN and multilateral representatives, foundation leaders, NGO executives and community leaders
• Facilitate high-level dialogues that lead to alignment and shared commitments
• Navigate political sensitivities and competing mandates
• Build trust across sectors and regions

1. Translate Dialogue into Action

• Develop clear roadmaps, working groups, and implementation structures
• Align funding, policy influence, and execution pathways
• Ensure accountability mechanisms and measurable progress
• Move stakeholders from conversation to coordinated delivery

1. Represent the Platform Globally

• Act as a senior representative of One Family Foundation
• Build institutional partnerships and strategic alliances
• Represent the platform at international forums and convenings

Qualifications & Experience (non-Negotiable):

• 10+ years of experienceworking at the intersection of governments, NGOs, and multilateral institutions or similar solid background in business
• Demonstrated trackrecord of designing and convening multi-stakeholder initiativesat national, regional, or global level
• Experience aligning actors with different mandates, incentives, and political realities
• Proven ability to translate high-level strategyinto governance structures and implementation pathways
• Experience working acrossmultiple geographies

Candidates who have worked within or closely with multilateral institutions, development banks, government ministries, or large international NGOs are strongly encouraged to apply as well as those wishing to pivot from business to the non-profit sector.
