Latinos En Spokane is a Latino and immigrant-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Eastern Washington. Our mission is to advance systemic change, racial justice, and generational health and wealth for Latinos, immigrants, and historically marginalized communities. Our work spans wraparound services, food justice, economic development, cultural programming, grassroots organizing, and policy advocacyrooted in community leadership and lived experience.

Position Summary

The Director of Development leads all fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development efforts for Latinos En Spokane, with a strong emphasis on individual and business donors, institutional funding, and long-term sustainability. This role also oversees development-related communications and storytelling, ensuring donors, partners, and the broader community are consistently informed about impact, priorities, and opportunities to engage.

Working in close partnership with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, the Director of Development designs and executes a comprehensive development strategy; manages donor and grants data systems; and ensures transparent, values-aligned communication that strengthens trust, accountability, and investment in the organizations mission.
