*******Candidates must reside in: ROBO, Kupang, Indonesia ******** This career associate administers processes and leads activities to service the participant-supporter connection through quality church partner-participant communications and updates. As a seasoned associate, he or she supports church partners with Compassion systems, processes and standards in support of church facing teams. He or she ensures consistent and timely resolution to systematic and procedural inquiries from church partners and supporters. He or she may coach and review the work of other Sponsor Donor Support Associates. As a Sponsor Donor Associate III, you will: Ensure quality communication between sponsors, participants, and church partners Review, process, and track letters, child updates, project gift usage, and documentation. Ensure communication aligns with Sponsor Donor Support (SDS) standards and meets production schedules. Provide feedback to partners to improve quality and accuracy. Support church partners and build capacity Guide and coach frontline church partners (FCPs) on documentation requirements and compassionate, clear communication. Help address gaps in understanding related to processes, systems, or standards. Manage participant and supporter data with excellence Enter, validate, and process participant information with high accuracy. Run reports, maintain electronic files, and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams Work closely with church-facing teams, marketing/external relations, and field office staff to support communications projects. Provide technical advice on systems and workflows commonly used in Sponsor Donor Support. Uphold Compassions Child Protection Commitments Act as an advocate for children through adherence to all child protection behaviors, expectations, and reporting protocols.Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant working experience particularly in supporter relations, administrative, or operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical thinking and problem-solving Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Intermediate English proficiency Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Administrative experience and comfort with documentation-heavy tasks Ability to coach and collaborate with church partners Openness to candidates coming from non-NGO background Alignment with Compassions mission, values, and child protection commitments Please upload your CVs in English Releasing children from poverty in Jesus name Its a mission that drives us because the need is desperate.
