Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Major Responsibility Provide helpdesk technical support to all WVTL users for the effective and efficient use of IT equipment and services (50%) Provide IT training to WVTL Staff on how to operate IT equipment, software and various WV applications in order to increase productivity and efficiency within the organization. (10%) Assist IT Manager to implement IT policies and guidelines to comply with Partnership Standard (10%) Maintain inventory of computers assets (both hardware and software) and ensure records are up to date (10%) Advise users/departments regarding IT budget, procurement and disposal of computer equipment (10%).
