Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Major Responsibility Provide helpdesk technical support to all WVTL users for the effective and efficient use of IT equipment and services (50%) Provide IT training to WVTL Staff on how to operate IT equipment, software and various WV applications in order to increase productivity and efficiency within the organization. (10%) Assist IT Manager to implement IT policies and guidelines to comply with Partnership Standard (10%) Maintain inventory of computers assets (both hardware and software) and ensure records are up to date (10%) Advise users/departments regarding IT budget, procurement and disposal of computer equipment (10%). Follow-up with computer equipment suppliers, and service contractors for the actions taken to the equipment and services (5%) Administrative (Other) Management: Assist humanitarian emergency disaster management Regular field visit Attend and contribute to devotion time (5%) Required Professional Experience At least 3-year experiences in providing IT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment Background or experience with electronic, electrical power or another telecommunication Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science or related field. undefined Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications Thorough knowledge and high-level skills and experiences of Networking, computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
