Early Impact Virginia (EIV)is a mission driven organization working to advance and accelerate the impact of maternal, infant and early childhood home visiting across the Commonwealth. What began as a small public-private collaborative in 2016, EIV has steadily grown to address the evolving needs of providers and partners. EIV is now seeking a hands-on Communications Manager to lead day-to-day communications efforts and strengthen our visibility across the Commonwealth. This role will develop and manage a focused communications strategy, ensure consistent and mission-aligned messaging, and engage key audiences including home visiting providers, community leaders, and policymakers.

The Communications Manager serves as EIVs brand steward, managing digital platforms, developing content, supporting campaigns and events, and providing media and messaging support. As a growing organization, EIV is focused on strengthening current communication activities while defining strategy and organizational staffing needs for scaled impact.
