Please Note: This role requires the ability to work on site 3 days per week per company policy. The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-105,000 in New York. Why we are recruiting The Partner Success (account management) team, part of the Global Industries Team, focuses on delivering the outstanding quality of engagement to the 900+ Forum Partners, seamlessly across all industries and geographies. We are currently searching for a Partner Success Specialist (Account Manager) who, together with the Partner Lead (Relationship Manager) counterpart, will form a two-person Account Team focused on building and strengthening interactions with Partner Representatives across a portfolio of select Forum Partner companies from the Oil and Gas industry. The Account Team will also work closely with the Head of Oil and Gas Industry. Responsibilities include: Responsible for maintaining ongoing Partner engagement with the Forum, through building and maintaining relationships with Partner representatives Ensure retention by delivering on tailored engagement plans for Partners to address their priorities and deepen their engagement in relevant Forum activities Onboard new Partners into the Forum ecosystem by building strong working relationships with Partner representatives and by ensuring the appropriate information is diligently documented in Forum systems including Salesforce Monitor industry and partner news and health to flag potential risks for engagement, help course correct actual engagement in line with engagement plan Monitor quality of engagement using digital tools and metrics Lead Partners event preparation for institutional events (including event invitation, registration process, participant agendas, speaking roles and logistics) Contribute to identifying areas of process optimisation and automation to ensure a flawless Partner engagement experience To be successful, a Partner Success Specialist (Account Manager) should: Build relationships with Partner representatives to develop and execute on engagement plans based on their business priorities and relevant trends for their industry sectors Understand and proactively manage Partner retention and engagement metrics and resulting actions Ensure Salesforce is used to its full capacity and that Partner information is duly documented, up to date, and available to all Foster a One-Forum approach, with immediate Account Team and internal product teams, Centres, community, and industry teams to help guarantee optimal Partner engagement experience Preferred Requirements and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years of professional work experience with a focus on account management (experience with energy industries is a plus but not essential) Successful track record in key account management and/or business relationship development, including proven ability to engage with multiple functions and business lines within an organization Demonstrated ability to prioritise in managing complex portfolios Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment and utilize disciplined and consistent follow-through to drive outcomes for internal and external parties A strong sense of perseverance and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for the Forum and its Partners Digital mindset and capabilities – Salesforce experience preferred Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and command of English Strong research and analytical skills Why work at the Forum: The Forum believes that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to improve the state of the world by building awareness and cooperation, shaping mindsets and agendas, and driving collective action.
