Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: But du Poste: LOfficier AGR est charge didentifier, daccompagner et de renforcer les capacites des beneficiaires engages dans des Activites Generatrices de Revenus (AGR), afin de favoriser leur autonomisation economique durable et de soutenir la transition de lassistance alimentaire vers des moyens de subsistance resilients. Responsabilites Majeures Identification et accompagnement des beneficiaires
- Identifier, selectionner et enregistrer les beneficiaires eligibles aux AGR selon les criteres du projet.
- Accompagner les beneficiaires dans la conception, le lancement et le developpement de leurs activites economiques.
- Realiser des diagnostics socio-economiques et analyser le potentiel des AGR proposees. Formation et renforcement des capacites
- Organiser et animer des formations techniques, entrepreneuriales et financieres (gestion, comptabilite simplifiee, marketing, epargne, etc.).
- Adapter les modules de formation aux contextes locaux et aux profils des beneficiaires.
- Appuyer les beneficiaires dans lapplication pratique des connaissances acquises. Suivi et viabilite des AGR
- Assurer le suivi regulier des AGR mises en place (visites de terrain, coaching individuel et collectif).
- Evaluer la rentabilite, la durabilite et les risques des activites soutenues.
- Fournir des conseils techniques et financiers pour ameliorer la performance des AGR.
- Identifier les contraintes et proposer des solutions correctives. Transition vers lautonomisation economique
- Appuyer la transition progressive de lassistance alimentaire vers des moyens de subsistance autonomes et durables.
- Promouvoir lepargne, la diversification des revenus et les liens avec les marches locaux.
- Contribuer a lintegration des beneficiaires dans des mecanismes communautaires ou institutionnels de soutien economique. Suivi, rapportage et coordination
- Collecter et analyser les donnees liees aux AGR (indicateurs de performance, revenus, durabilite).
- Rediger des rapports dactivites periodiques et des etudes de cas.
- Collaborer etroitement avec les autres equipes du projet (securite alimentaire, protection, suivi-evaluation).
- Participer aux reunions de coordination et aux evaluations du projet. Qualifications et experiences requises Diplome universitaire (Bac+3 minimum) en economie, developpement rural, gestion, entrepreneuriat, agronomie ou domaine similaire. Minimum 2 a 3 ans dexperience dans la mise en uvre de projets AGR, moyens de subsistance ou developpement economique. Experience avec des ONG ou des projets humanitaires/de developpement est un atout. Competences cles Leadership et gestion dequipe. Bonne connaissance des AGR, de lentrepreneuriat local et de la gestion financiere simplifiee. Capacites averees de formation, coaching et accompagnement communautaire. Competences en suivi-evaluation et collecte de donnees. Bonnes capacites de communication, danalyse et de redaction de rapports. Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, etc.). Qualites personnelles Sens de lorganisation et autonomie. Esprit dinitiative et capacite a resoudre des problemes. Approche participative et sensibilite au contexte communautaire. Integrite, patience et capacite a travailler sur le terrain. Conditions de travail Deplacements frequents vers les zones reculees et les camps de refugies. Travail dans des conditions de chaleur elevee et de terrain difficiles. Collaboration etroite avec les autorites locales CNAR, le PAM et les structures communautaires. Disponibilite a travailler au-dela des heures normales en periode durgence. Environnement de travail/ Conditions: Travail base sur terrain ; Intenses visites de terrain.
