Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to work and collaborate to empower the most vulnerable children, family and community through community development, advocacy, and emergency response for sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnic or gender. Since 1998, Wahana Visi Indonesia has carried out various community development programs focusing on children. Key Responsibilities: About the Role The Public & Institution Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading a team to acquire and grow resources from individual donors and institutional partners such as churches and schools. This role also ensures strong stewardship of existing donors through accountable, transparent, and donor-centered engagement aligned with Wahana Visi Indonesias mission. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Planning Coordinate team to develop concepts of promoting WV program through Churches/Christian Institution channels. Initiates direct marketing research and post activity evaluation to assess effectiveness of the program implemented. Define needs and wants of donors to develop strategic planning for public and private partners. Coordinate to develop donors relationship management plan in his/her team Resource Acquisition Coordinate team to manage promotions activities to Churches/Christian Institution channels to acquire new donors. Maintain partnerships with individual sponsors and institutional donor (schools and churches) Coordinate team to develop proposals that meet public donors interest Coordinate team to identify potential new individual and private donors. Accountability & Quality Assurance Responsible in achieving monthly Public Engagement targets/goals to eventually contribute to the over-all annual local fund raising income. Ensure database of donors contact is developed and maintained. Ensure that staff comply with all Organization Policies including Code of Conduct, Child Protection, Conflict of Interest, e-Mail & IT Access. Ensure the prospect donors receive proper information needed to enhance their trust and loyalty and to avoid expectation gap. Monitor achievement and provide monthly management report, including program delays, diversions from agreed upon commitments (Design, AOP) and other changes to programming context Provide services to the existing individual and private donors according to the accountability and donors requirement (when applicable) Comply to WVIDN accountability, transparency and effective communication as evidenced by positive response in donor feedback. Networking & Coordination Build relationships with public and private partners (schools, churches) and maintain the acquisition (existing donors), including organizing face-to-face interactions or events, and networking sessions/events, and others Involve institutional donors in WV public events to make them more engaged with WV and increase commitment. Collaborate with relevant external partners to ensure appropriate management of acquisition to maximize results Liaise effectively with concerned units and teams to increase effectiveness of public acquisition program implementation, including finance/procurement team to ensure the availability of service or goods needed on time. Prepare the Due Diligence and Form Go/ No Go process of the Public Acquisition (Private Partners). Capacity Building Plan and monitor Individual Development Plan and Coaching for Performance process for each team member based on Annual Performance Agreement (FKK) Provide assistance in developing capacity building materials in Public and Institution Acquisition. Management & Leadership Take leadership to represent organization in managing people within responsible unit with P&C support, include provide job orientation for new staff. Provide mentoring for team members, including Performance Management, Coaching for Performance and capacity building Build positive work environment where team members are able to develop their potentials and grow in Christian maturity. Provide Christian leadership and support to enrich the organisations life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve. Requirement Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, partnership development, or related fields. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related disciplines. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Proven ability to build relationships and work across cultures. Experience in non-profit or faith-based organizations is an advantage. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and donor-centric mindset. Proficient in MS Office and CRM/database systems. Willingness to travel domestically. Availability to attend weekend or evening events when required. Minimum TOEFL score: 500.
