Employee Contract Type: Local – Fixed Term Employee (duree determinee) Job Description: Lead in the planning and implementation of all M&E activities Quality assurance for all WASH M&E activities Lead the analysis and synthesis of M&E data for programme quality improvement Lead research, evidence gathering, reporting and dissemination Safeguarding Other activities Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position : Bachelors degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, Social Science, Water Resource Management, or related field or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and formal communication Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Good analytical skills with appropriate attention to detail Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting skills Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds High integrity, reliability and dependability A minimum of 3 years practical experience in M&E system coordination/implementation for field programmes in an international non-governmental organization or other international body Certification in M&E and in conducting assessments/rapid assessments or equivalent experience Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Ability to conceptualize and put into practice well researched initiatives Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement, with particular emphasis on integration of accountability measures into all aspects of the project cycle Knowledge of WASH principles and practice Knowledge of technology for tracking WASH data Knowledge of data/statistical programmes (e.g. SPSS, Stata) Experience in working on donor funded programs Experience with Geographic Information Systems Les candidatures feminines, conformes au profil recherche et celles des personnes vivant avec handicap, sont fortement encouragees et recommandees.
