Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Operations Supervisor with a background in veterinarian administration to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our service dog and training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and operational management skills, a love for dogs, and a working knowledge of veterinary care. Nonprofit experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of service dog training and care

Coordinate schedules, staff, and volunteers

Oversee administrative tasks and ensure compliance with nonprofit standards

Maintain accurate records using Gingr (CRM) and other software

Support video content creation and social media using Canva and basic video editing tools

Assist with dog health records, medication, and basic vet tech tasks

Foster a positive, mission-driven team environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or administrative supervision

Background in veterinarian administration or veterinary technician knowledge strongly preferred

Familiarity with nonprofit operations and compliance

Proficiency in Gingr (or similar CRM), Canva, and video editing software

Deep love and understanding of dogs; experience with dog training a plus

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Compassionate, team-oriented, and mission-driven mindset
