Job Summary

TheManager of College Access and Student Successis the end-to-end owner of our in-person SummerStoryteller Studiofrom planning staffing training daily execution outcomes. Youll hire/train seasonal staff, run daily on-site operations, deliver high-quality college application programming, and ensure students hit key milestones (applications, financial aid, scholarships). During the academic year, youll provide advising and keep systems, communication, and student progress on track so no Scholar falls through the cracks.

Compensation: $65,000 – $72,000 annually + benefits
