Job Summary

As part of our digital transformation, you will take on a key role as Manager Business Solutions for eProcurement. You will support the implementation of SAP Ariba as part of our SAP S/4HANA migration project and play an active role in shaping its long-term operations. This is an opportunity to build future-proof procurement processes and support Welthungerhilfe’s mission to end global hunger.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP Ariba as our global eProcurement solution.
• Analyze, optimize, and develop our procurement and supplier management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba modules into our SAP S/4HANA system.
• Plan and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Manage the SAP Ariba application post-implementation, including support and incident management.
• Manage supplier onboarding, catalog integration, and relationships on the Ariba Network.
• Coordinate change, release, and testing activities with stakeholders.
• Drive the strategic development of the solution with end users and Product Owners.

Your Profile:

• A degree or vocational training in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience with SAP Ariba, including implementation and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management.
• Experience in optimizing procurement processes and implementing them technically in SAP Ariba.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
