Senior Radiographer (Bank)
Leicester Hospital | Radiology | Ad Hoc | Part Time
Up to 35.00 an hour depending on experience

As a Senior Radiographer at our hospital, youll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, have a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, youll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre
Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities
Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
Supervise and develop junior colleagues
Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital Founded in 1969, Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire. The Hospital has a strong local reputation with patients remaining loyal. The Hospital had a 4.5 million refurbishment in 2011 and was the blue print for the wider Hospitals refresh programme. The Hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 Laminar flow theatres, Endoscopy Suite, minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms.
