Job Summary
As a Public Information Assistant, you will provide specialized support to the Communications & Public Information Service in Juba. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, including researching information, assisting in the production and distribution of radio programs for Radio Miraya, organizing special events, and maintaining digital content. This is a dynamic consultancy role for an experienced communications professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized assistance in producing and delivering information communications products.
- Research a broad scope of information sources for use in communications materials.
- Assist in all phases of radio program production and distribution for Radio Miraya.
- Organize and execute special events, coordinating with partners and media.
- Gather news, conduct interviews, and produce news and current affairs programs in English and Arabic.
- Maintain and update web pages and internal databases.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in public communication, international broadcasting, or a related field.
- Skills: Technical training in journalism, broadcasting, or communications is desirable.
- Languages: Fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
