The New York Philharmonic seeks an experienced and collaborativeAssociate Director, Campaignto help plan and execute a comprehensive, multiyear fundraising campaign at a pivotal moment for the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the center of campaign strategy and operations, partnering with senior leadership, development teams, and board stakeholders to advance a shared vision for artistic excellence, education, and community engagement. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Support the planning and execution of a largescale, multiyear fundraising campaign
- Partner with development leadership to manage campaign timelines, budgets, gift pyramids, and reporting
- Serve as a project manager for campaign operations, ensuring alignment across teams and milestones
- Collaborate with Principal & Major Gifts, Planned Giving, Research, Stewardship, and Communications teams on prospect strategy and campaign materials
- Prepare briefings, presentations, talking points, and data analyses for senior leadership, board members, and campaign volunteers
- Track and analyze campaign progress, pipeline movement, and donor activity using CRM and reporting tools
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 7+ years of experience in a fastpaced development or campaign environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex financial and strategic information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadershiplevel materials
- A collaborative working style and comfort partnering across departments and with senior stakeholders
- Experience with fundraising databases (Tessitura a plus)
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent professional experience
