The Accounting Manager is a leadership role responsible for building and overseeing HEAL Palestines accounting operations across the U.S. and Middle East. This role is hands-on in ensuring accurate accounting, donor and regulatory compliance, timely reconciliations, and strong internal controls. The Accounting Manager supervises accounting staff, manages the monthly close, supports audits and grant reporting, and ensures that HEALs financial records are transparent, consistent, and audit-ready. While collaborating with leadership on budgets and cash flow planning, the focus of this position is on technical accounting and compliance.
